RESERVATION

During the reservation phase you will be asked for your credit card number as a guarantee for the same reservation, that will be debited the first day of the requested services or eventually in the following days. The company reserves the right to verify the validity of the credit card through a request to the circuit system of the same card.

CANCELLATION POLICY

The cancellation of a service must be made via email to info@romeandvaticantour.com
In the case of cancellation the following penalties shall apply:

RESERVATION

More than 8 days prior to the service: no penalty From 7 to 4 days prior to the service: 50%
Less than 3 days to a no show: 100%

TICKETS

Entrance tickets to Churches, Basilicas, Monuments, Archeological areas or similar situations are non refundable in the case of cancellation of service which takes place 30 days or less with respect to the dates.
There are no refunds on reservation fees and tickets for visiting monuments in the case of few occasions in which they are closed due to ceremonies, strikes or any kind of event that is out of our control- We try our best to avoid such situations with regards to tour operations. If information is received in a timely manner from the offices that manage the sites in question we can rearrange the tour and inform our clients- If this is not possible the tour will be operated and will include other sites to compensate for the ones which are unavailable- No refund is given on unused tickets due to events out of our control.
