Imperial Rome
The tour of Colosseum, Constantine’s Arch, Roman Forum, Trajan Markets is a guided tour that will start right from the symbol of the city of Rome, the Colosseum, one of the few ancient buildings to maintain a continuity of life from 2000 years, from 80 A.D. year of its inauguration until today.
The tour does not plan to enter the interior of the monuments but from the outside the tour will allow you to take a real journey in ancient Rome through the archaeological heart of the city, walking in the ancient alleys and showing you interesting details that often escape the human eye like showing visitors how the numbering was engraved above the entrances, or where the gladiators lived, and also we will show you the triumphal Arch of Constantine the first Christian emperor.
The journey continues with the Imperial Forums showing the first of them, the forum of Julius Caesar, Augustus forum, the forum of peace, forum of Nerva and forum of Trajan made in a span of time from 46 BC to 113 AD that quickly became a place in the of heart of the city.
The visit will end in front of the Trajan markets and the column of Trajan, a true testimony of the Roman army's size and evolution of this imperial area.
